You'll see this post now but I'm using it to keep track of exercising
Kind of like gold stars on the calendar but no messy gold stars

Nov. 8 - 20 min abs Pilates
Nov. 9 - 20 min. lifting weights
Nov. 11 - 20 min. abs Pilates
Nov. 16 - 45 min. Pilates band
Dec. 2 - 20 min. lifting weights
Dec. 11 - 45 min. Pilates band
Musta missed some here. Maybe not.
Dec. 30 - 45 min. Pilates
Jan. 3 - Lifted weights 20 min.
Jan. 5 - 20 min. Pilates
